CIVIL LITIGATION
Mr. Davis represents clients in matters included under the heading of “Civil Litigation,” involving such legal disputes as breach of contract, fraud, dissolution or breakup of a business, unfair business practices, business disputes, construction industry disputes, insurance coverage disputes, non-compete issues, real estate contractual issues, and in obtaining or opposing applications for preliminary and permanent injunctions.

Mr. Davis has represented clients in such cases in both the Federal and State Courts and has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials to successful conclusions.

MUNICIPAL LAW
Mr. Davis has experience in Municipal Law, having represented the Village of Hempstead, Community Development Agency for over 14 years, and the Town of Hempstead on various matters over the last five years.

WILLS and ESTATES
Mr. Davis assists clients in the preparation of their Wills, preparation of Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies.

REAL ESTATE and BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Mr. Davis has represented clients on hundreds of purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties. He has also represented clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, whether it is a stock or asset purchase/sale. This would include the formation of a new corporation or LLC and the obtaining of a new Employment ID Number so that all matters relating to the commencement of a new business or the dissolution of an old are handled in full.
